1. Find someone who can partner with you.

  • This can be people you will already naturally be around. It can be family, a neighbor, a close friend. If you don’t want to meet in person it can be done by video chat or by phone.

  • Right now, the CDC and city officials believe this mandate to limit large gatherings may last at least 8 weeks. We encourage you to use wisdom and to develop some level of community around you.

2. Watch the sermon video.

If you are not comfortable meeting in person, we encourage you to take advantage of digital tools (i.e. Zoom, Facetime, Facebook, phone call, etc.) to meet with your micro-church.

3. Walk through the six Discovery Study questions together.

  1. What are you thankful for?

  2. What has been stressing you out or weighing you down?

    1. Pray for each other. Meet needs within the group if possible.

    2. Read the scripture together. Retell the story in your own words.

  3. What does this story teach us about God or about us?

  4. What does this story mean?

  5. What is God asking you to do or change as a result of this story?

  6. Who could you share this story with? Are there any needs in our group or in our friends, family, neighbors, or city we could meet?

Share a story with us!

Let’s encourage each other by sharing what God is doing in our micro-church gatherings during this time, email info@citychurchtulsa.com.
