Whether you are loving the changes this has brought, or counting down the minutes until it all returns to normal, this experience is taxing on our mental health.
In this conversation we will discuss the brain science behind why and how stress is manifesting in your life and the lives of your children. We will talk about what we can do to reduce family stress. We will find a few ways our families can thrive and we will learn to be a little kinder to ourselves when our days are less than Pinterest worthy.
