The microchurch is not formed around shared interests, geographical location, stage of life, people you naturally like, or any other common/cultural markers of community. The microchurch is formed around the gospel of Jesus Christ and a desire to live like Jesus. This means we gladly embrace our diversity (politically, socio-economically, geographically, demographically, etc.) and understand it is the power of the gospel that unites us together in community.
