When we began to dream about a church in Midtown Tulsa we knew we wanted to be a community focused on transforming our city through serving others. Through this idea of serving our community, Love Tulsa was birthed. Love Tulsa is a movement of Christ-followers who are passionate about taking their walk with Christ outside the walls of the church. It's about taking the love of Christ to the schools, businesses, neighborhoods, and cultural centers of our city. By loving others we reflect Christ and open the door for real spiritual transformation to occur.
We at CityChurch believe that our community will be at its best when everyone is serving and giving back in some way. We want to cultivate a heart for the City by jumping in and being a part of the progress that is being made. Love Tulsa wants to foster the appreciation and celebration of all the great things that are going on in our city and the improvements along the way. We're not here to establish an us vs. them mentality. We're looking to partner with like minded people to not only celebrate the progress being made in our city but to be chest deep in the process linked arm to arm serving right beside each other.
